 It's been awhile since I posted, a lot has happened since then.. Don't know where to start but here it goes.

Healthy Snack or Meal

Hello my Beautiful Peepz! 

      Just sharing my favorite heathly Snack to eat, you can also eat it as a meal. Loaded with vitamins and health benefits, you can't really go wrong ^^. I'm not a specialist or nutritionist, just a girl who loves to eat her vegetables. 

       Spring is just around the corner why not start by eating something healthy? There are so many choices out there and sometimes it's hard to choose what to eat. But always doing research before heading to the grocery store is always a bonus. That way you can absorb a lot of information and shopping should be a breeze. Making a list is always helpful, or simply download a app on your phone.

     Now back to my main point. What's my favorite mean/snack Cold Rolls of course. It's basically a Rice Paper wrap with rice vermicelli, basil, shrimp (meat of your choice), Arugula ( Its my favorite green leaf but you can choose others).

     Benefits of eating basil: Consuming fresh basil leaves can help boost immune system functions, also can improve production of infection-fighting antibodies by 20%. People also say it can help destroy viral cells that cause cold/flu. Now I may not be right but it can never hurt to try right?

   Other benefits of basil: Now if you don't like that licorice taste in basil. You can also use that as a acne remedy. How? Simply take a fresh basil leaf and get the oils and apply to affected areas to help destroy bacteria on the skin (pimple/scar). Can also help clogged pores.

   Benefits of eating Arugula: Its low in calories, rich source of many vitamins and minerals. Contains 8x more calcium then iceberg lettuce. 5x the vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Now the choice is easy right? But many people don't like that bitter taste that arugula has. But that what make's it soooo good. Arugula also has antioxidants powers and prevention of diseases like cancer.

 Benefits of eating Shrimp: Yummy Shrimp def my favorite. Shrimp is loaded with Vitamin D, B3, Zinc and protein. Can also help with premature aging, has omega-3 fatty acids, provides antioxidant protection. I also read that it can prevent hair loss, contribute to hair thickness, shiny hair and helps the skin cells. But eating to much of something is not good, so don't over do it!!

Men face products Review?!?!

Hello my Beautiful Peepz,

    Heres a review of some men face products!! Nono I didn't use men products, I used my fiancé as a guinea pig >=).

   Now like any men out there they love to stay up for who knows how long and wake up with baggy/puffy eyes. It took me a long time till I got him to use something to help calm it. The biotherm homme High Recharge Eye Shot. sounds scary?? no its not a needle, its a eye roller. cute packaging, easy to carry around and has a cooling effect. I would give this product a 8.5/10. Now this actually is for anti-fatigue, anti-fatigue massager care. It dosen't really get rid of bags. it helps the puffyness under the eye. Hes been using it for about 2 months. I noticed that when he uses it in the morning, his eyes are not as puffy as they usually are when he dosent use it. Now I'm not saying it will help every men out there. But it worked for him :).

  Next product is the The body Shop Maca Root Energetic Face Protector. It says its enriched with Moisutrizing peruvian maca root ti help skin feel firmer. When we went to The body shop looking for some cream for him. The lady recommended this product as his skin gets dry during the winter time. we took her advice and tried it out. I would give this product a 6.5/10. Now the reason being is it does penetrate the skin quite fast but it leaves this sticky kind of feeling on his face and also didn't moisutrize as it says on the package. it didn't make his skin firmer, not a very nice feeling. But the smell is nice, its like a hand soap kind of smell not to strong which I believe most men will like. I'm not saying just because it didn't work for him it wont work for you. But I love  there other products like the body butter.

   

The last product I'm going to talk about is the Kiehl's ULTRA Facial cream. wow sounds intense haha. 24 hour everyday hydrating formula. This one I'm going to give is a 10/10. Now this one is a little pricier then the other one which retails at $32. But its worth every penny. its actually unisex so both men and women can use it. Now this one when he used it, penatrated his skin right away and it didn't dry out his skin. it actually lasted quite a few hours and left it feeling soft and firm. And also there is no scent at all which is great for men. You don't even have to use a lot of the product and should last you 6months if you use it daily maybe less.  I would def recommend this for men and women. I just love the fact that there is no scent to it. I know a lot of people are sensitive to smell so this would be a good product to try out!!!!

Shiseido REVIEW

       Today I am going to do a review of Shiseido Brightening set. I have been currently using it for a few months now. The retail price is $59 +tax. It comes with 3 bottles of the white lucent formula. It claims it brightens and doesn't dry out the skin. hmmm.....

It comes in a box like this, it has 3 simple steps. Now my thoughts of this when I first bought it. Cute packaging, very simple to use and decent price for Shiseido brand. Especially if your first starting out to use a more expensive brand of cream. I initially went to sears to buy a hydrant cream for the eyes. But when I went to the Shiseido counter to speak to the lady. She suggested I use this Brightening set and for the price it was at why not right? You can't really go wrong with $59. She also says it helps whiten my freckles, help moisturize and lighten the skin. Now of course when I heard that I totally just went for it. 

First step is to use the Brightening Cleansing foam you only need a dime size of amount. The scent is quite nice very light. Helps remove dirt, pollution and impurities without drying out the skin.

Second step is to use the Brightening Balancing Softener Enriched. Which you would use a cotton pad for it. Instantly infuses moisture and prepares the skin for the next step.

Last step is to use the Brightening Protective Emulsion. Again you would use a dime size of amount. Locks in moisture and nutrients, while it protects the skin. 

OVERALL review: I can't really say it did whiten my freckles or my skin. Feels like just any other cream out there. Also when I used the Brightening Protective Emulsion it says it will help moisturize. But to be honest it dried out my skin and I had to use a different brand of cream to help my dry skin. Now I'm not saying it won't work for anyone else. It just didn't help me. It maybe just this particular product that is not meant for me. It could work you and not me. Everyone has different skin types. It is just my opinion and my thoughts on it. Maybe it will help you decide to get it or not. I def will give there other products a try, just maybe not this one. I heard many good things about Shiseido though =). Happy Monday!!

Epique Lounge.

   This past weekend was my beautiful friend birthday party. She's turning 23 in a few more days. We went to this cute little lounge that she rented out. Epique Loung. The music was live, the drinks were flowing and of course Birthday girl was already tipsy ;).

          The night ended with the Birthday girl passed out in the Cab, asian girl wasted, broken camera, wonderful memories. To be honest the night was a blur to me. I'm so glad I went to celebrate it with you <3 Another year, another memory. Time flies by fast, we cherish every moment we have together!! <3 you boo tang!! Have an amazing Birthday xoxo

Essie Sleek Stick

Hello my Beautiful People,

 Essie came out with a new line of nail products and of course I had to try it out. It's called the Essie Sleek Stick. The designs actually look better then the Sally Hansen brand. Never tried this before, I usually stick to my gel nails I get done at the salon. But obviously I need my nails to breathe for a bit. You can get this at any of your local drug store and cost about 10$. A little pricey I know but it doesn't hurt trying =). 

Step 1. Open the package set everything up. Get rubbing alcohol or any nail polish remover. Clean your nails and wash your hands thoroughly.  

Step 2. Take the cuticle stick (clear one) and push down your cuticles and file your nails down if needed.

Step 3. Take the Essie Sleek Stick and find the right size for your nails. 

Step 4. Put the Sleek Stick on your nail and push it down make sure there are no air bubbles and the edges are close to your cuticles. Fold down the extra and use the nail file to file downwards. MAKE sure its downwards.

Step 5. Now your done!! How easy was that?? It looks amazing! But the thing is it never said how long it would last. But we will see. I def would recommend using this, if your the kind of girl who doesn't like painting there nails. This is def easier and a lot cleaner. Not time consuming at all.

Overall expectation: Not bad =) but I suggest you have longer nails to do this. It's a lot easier to clean the edges off. But other then that it's a great product!! Good day!!!

Hello my Beautiful People, 

    Here's my Five Feb Faves:

1. Remington Epilator -It removes hair from anywhere on your body and it has the mini tweezer like pieces that open and close and pulls your hairs out. OUCH painful! I wasn't expecting it to hurt that much when I first used it. But it is a MUST-HAVE, it saves you a lot of money each year from waxing and shaving. 

  2. Essie Nail Polish - These def were my faves for the month of Feb, perfect for Valentines day or just simply wear it for winter. The colors from the left to right are: Scarlet O'Hara, Pouf Daddy and Trombone. 

3. Essie Sleek Stick - These are the cutest things I ever saw, well maybe the designs. I haven't actually tried these yet but when I saw them at the local store (Wal-Mart) I just had to get them. They are a little over priced but it doesn't hurt trying. The style from Left-Right: Steel the Show and Embrace the Lace. Pretty cute names.

4. Hands down my fave of all the Ora Brush!! The best tongue cleaner, in my opinion. I actually have been using this for quite some time now but it is still a fave. It helps take out the foul smell in your tongue and also cleans it. They also recommend getting the Foam tongue cleaner too. Which works even better when you use the 2 together. The best thing that could ever happen to your tongue! 

5. Last but not least Crest 3D White: This is def one of my faves in Feb. Started using it and noticed a difference maybe in a week or so? But your not suppose to use this when you have braces (oops ;P). I guess I will have to stop for now and when I do get them off I'll start using it again.
